    Before the flight

    You tell us which way you are travelling, the flight, and the real address at the other end. We read it, check that it works, and confirm in writing.

    The meeting

    On arrival we watch the flight and meet you by name in the public arrivals hall. On departure we come to the pickup point you agreed, at the hour you agreed.

  3. 03

    Inside the terminal

    We carry the luggage. On the way out we walk in with you to find the right check-in counter. Any tax-refund accompaniment stays within areas open to the public.

    The road at the other end

    From the terminal to the address you are actually going to, as long as a car can reach it. Ask for a stop on the way and we will look at it with the rest of the journey.

01What happens if my flight is delayed?

We watch the flight and meet it when it actually lands. A diversion, a cancellation or something genuinely unusual comes back to us to sort out personally.

02Where will the chauffeur be waiting?

For an arrival, in the public arrivals hall, holding your name. Whatever we agree stays written in your journey summary.

03Can you help with the tax refund?

We point you to the airport’s instructions. Where the desk is publicly accessible, we go with you and wait. Customs decide how long it takes and how it ends; that part is not ours to promise.

04What if I use a private terminal?

We cover the ground journey and help you the same way. Getting access to the terminal stays your own arrangement.

05What happens at the airport when I am departing?

We help you and your luggage reach the right check-in counter. If you need tax-refund assistance, we point you to the airport’s instructions and accompany you only where public access permits.

06Can we request a stop on the way?

Yes. Describe the stop and how long you want there, and we will look at it with the rest of the journey. Waiting time is charged, and the conditions come back to you in writing.

07Is my request a booking?

No. One of us reads it, then sends you the final price and conditions in writing. It becomes a booking once that is paid.
