Arriving at Milan Malpensa
At Milan Malpensa, your chauffeur waits for you at the terminal of your flight, Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Once you have collected your luggage and left baggage reclaim, you will find your chauffeur at the exit into the public arrivals area, with Cordenne displayed on a tablet or mobile phone. Terminal 1 has two arrivals exits, Arrivals A and Arrivals B, and your chauffeur waits at the one your flight uses.
Help before you reach the arrivals area
Our chauffeurs cannot enter baggage reclaim, so anyone needing help from the gate or the baggage belt can book the airport's own meet-and-greet service, which includes porterage; the service has its own charges and availability.
If you need assistance because of reduced mobility, request the airport's free assistance service through your airline or travel agent when booking, or at least 48 hours before departure. Tell us when arranging your transfer so we can plan the meeting with you.

We follow your arriving flight and prepare the meeting around its actual landing time. We send you your chauffeur's professional telephone number 24 hours before the journey. If you have difficulty finding each other, contact your chauffeur directly or Cordenne, whichever you prefer.

We collect you at your agreed Crans-Montana address and help with your luggage for the journey to the airport. Pickup includes 15 minutes of waiting from the agreed time, for both standard and premium.
Choosing your pickup time
You choose your pickup time, and we can help you plan it.
The drive from Crans-Montana to Malpensa, about 205 km, takes approximately 3 hours 30 minutes in normal traffic, along the Rhône valley to Brig and over the Simplon Pass into Italy, past Domodossola.
Traffic or accidents can extend the journey to around 4 hours 30 minutes or more.
The Simplon road stays open in winter, but heavy snowfall can close it because of avalanche risk. When it is closed, or the day's conditions advise against the pass, your chauffeur takes the Great St Bernard tunnel instead, about an hour longer, and we set your pickup time for that road. In winter, every vehicle in the fleet we operate runs on winter tyres and is prepared for winter driving.
Allow separate time for airport procedures. Malpensa asks travellers to follow their airline's check-in times; your airline's deadlines, checked luggage and whether you fly within or outside the Schengen Area also count.

Chauffeur transfers for private flights
We arrange chauffeur transfers between Milano Malpensa Prime, the airport's terminal for private and business aviation, and your accommodation in Crans-Montana, for both arrivals and departures.
Your flight documents may name a ground-handling company such as Signature. Your handler looks after you between the aircraft and the terminal, and your chauffeur meets you at the entrance your handler names.
You, your travel agency or your personal assistant will need to provide the handling company and terminal details so we can arrange your pickup or drop-off.

Luggage, skis and child seats
Tell us how many people are travelling and what luggage and equipment you will bring, so we can review the vehicle choice with you. Skis and snowboards travel in the V-Class, Standard or VIP, and child seats can be fitted in every vehicle. Both are included when declared in advance; specify your equipment, the number of child seats and the children's ages in your request.

Explore the fleetA stop along the way
Each transfer to or from Crans-Montana includes one complimentary stop of up to 15 minutes for a toilet break, coffee or a similar need. It takes place at a service station directly on the route, with the location chosen by your chauffeur.
If you would like to pause for lunch or spend time somewhere on the way, request a separate planned stop. Your chauffeur and vehicle wait for you; this stop is chargeable and subject to written confirmation. The journey crosses the border between Italy and Switzerland; if you need to stop at customs, for example to declare goods, tell us in your request so we can plan the time.

If baggage reclaim is taking longer than expected, contact your chauffeur or Cordenne; the included waiting time still runs from the actual landing time. Report a missing or damaged bag to your airline's lost-and-found desk inside baggage reclaim, before you leave it.

Malpensa has railway stations at both terminals. You can plan a train journey from the airport through Gallarate and Domodossola, across the Simplon to Brig and on to Sierre, then continue by funicular or bus to Crans-Montana and complete the final leg to your accommodation. Engineering works on the line through Domodossola change some trains, so check the complete itinerary for your date and exact address with SBB.

Each journey is priced personally rather than from a fixed public fare. The price depends on the Mercedes class and tier you choose, your passengers, luggage and equipment, and your travel date. We review your request and send you a written offer; your booking is confirmed once you have paid through the link it contains.
