Landing at or flying from Geneva Airport? Our airport transfers between Geneva Airport and Crans-Montana follow your flight on arrival and meet you in the Terminal 1 arrivals hall.
Journey at a glance
When your stay in Geneva ends and your time in the mountains begins, arrange a private transfer to your hotel, chalet or residence in Crans-Montana. Choose your preferred departure time with your checkout and arrival plans in mind; we agree the journey details with you. In winter, every vehicle in the fleet we operate runs on winter tyres and is prepared for winter driving.
You can also arrange a transfer from your Crans-Montana accommodation to a hotel or another agreed address in Geneva city. Request this as a one-way journey, or tell us about a separate return transfer when planning both legs.
Staying at a private address in Geneva? You can request your transfer from there too.
Flying home after your stay in Geneva? Our Geneva Airport guide sets out the terminal's levels, what you will find before and after security and where to wait if your flight is delayed.
Tell us how many people are travelling and what you are bringing, including suitcases, ski bags and any pushchair, so we can check the vehicle's suitability. Your chauffeur helps with luggage at pickup and drop-off.
Child seats and ski equipment transport are included when declared in advance. Include your equipment, the number of child seats and the children's ages in your request.
Choose from Mercedes E-Class, V-Class, S-Class and GLS, with standard and premium options. We confirm the class and comfort tier for your journey in writing.
Your transfer includes 15 minutes of waiting from the agreed pickup time, in either direction. Additional waiting is charged under our service conditions.
Each transfer to or from Crans-Montana includes one complimentary stop of up to 15 minutes for a toilet break, coffee or a similar need. The stop is made only at a service station directly on your route, whether on the motorway or elsewhere, with the exact location chosen by your chauffeur.
If you would like to stop for lunch or spend time somewhere along the way, request a separate planned stop. Your chauffeur and vehicle wait for you; the stop is chargeable and subject to written confirmation.
Waiting and service conditionsStart with your pickup point and destination, then explore vehicle options and add your travel dates, preferred pickup time and journey details.
Each journey is priced personally rather than from a fixed public fare. The price depends on the Mercedes class and tier you choose, your passengers, luggage and equipment, and your travel date. We review your request and send you a written offer; your booking is confirmed once you have paid through the link it contains.
If you need a separate return transfer or a planned stop, include it for our personal review.
