Arriving at Sion Airport
Sion Airport is small, and where you arrive depends on your airline or flight operator and on your aircraft. Your chauffeur checks with the airport where your aircraft will arrive, and waits for you in the right place. Give us your flight number and, if you know it, your aircraft's registration, its tail number: at Sion it matters especially.
If you arrive at the terminal building, your chauffeur waits for you in its arrivals hall. Once you have collected your luggage, and passed customs if your flight comes from outside the Schengen Area, you will find your chauffeur there, with Cordenne displayed on a tablet or mobile phone.
Help before you reach the arrivals hall
Our chauffeurs cannot enter baggage reclaim. If you need assistance because of reduced mobility, request the airport's free assistance service through your airline or travel agent when booking, or at least 48 hours before departure. The airport's assistance accompanies you from the aircraft through baggage reclaim to the arrivals hall; tell us when arranging your transfer so we can plan the meeting with you.

We collect you at your agreed Crans-Montana address and help with your luggage for the journey to the airport. Pickup includes 15 minutes of waiting from the agreed time, for both standard and premium.

The drive from Crans-Montana to Sion Airport, about 30 km, takes approximately 40 minutes in normal traffic.
On busy winter days it can take around an hour. Your chauffeur chooses the road for the day's traffic and for your end of Crans-Montana.

Chauffeur transfers for private flights
We arrange chauffeur transfers for private and business flights at Sion Airport, for both arrivals and departures, between your aircraft's handling company and your accommodation in Crans-Montana.
Your flight documents may name a ground-handling company such as Signature or Alpinejet, or the airport's own handling service. Your chauffeur waits for you in the most convenient place for your arrival, as far as your flight company and the airport allow: sometimes in the hangar, sometimes on the apron itself or at the terminal.
You, your travel agency or your personal assistant will need to provide the handling company and your aircraft's registration so we can arrange your pickup or drop-off.

What if baggage is delayed or my flight changes?

If baggage reclaim is taking longer than expected, contact your chauffeur or Cordenne; the included waiting time still runs from the actual landing time. Report a missing or damaged bag at once to your airline's handling agent, before you leave baggage reclaim.
Can I reach Crans-Montana by public transport?

A town bus links the airport with Sion station. From there you can take the train to Sierre and the funicular up to Crans-Montana, or a PostAuto bus through Lens, then complete the final leg to your accommodation. Timetables change each December, so check the complete itinerary for your date and exact address with SBB.

Each journey is priced personally rather than from a fixed public fare. The price depends on the Mercedes class and tier you choose, your passengers, luggage and equipment, and your travel date. We review your request and send you a written offer; your booking is confirmed once you have paid through the link it contains.
