Arriving at Zurich Airport
At Zurich Airport, your chauffeur waits for you in the public arrival hall of your flight, Arrival 1 or Arrival 2. Once you have collected your luggage and passed through customs, you will find your chauffeur at the customs exit, with Cordenne displayed on a tablet or mobile phone.
Help before you reach the arrival hall
Our chauffeurs cannot enter baggage reclaim or customs, so anyone needing help from the gate or the baggage belt can use the airport's separate porter service, operated by CGS. It asks to be booked by the day before; the service has its own charges and availability.
If you need assistance because of reduced mobility, request the airport's assistance service through your airline or travel agent when booking, or at least 48 hours before departure. On arrival, it helps with your baggage and accompanies you to the arrival hall. Tell us when arranging your transfer so we can plan the meeting with you.

We follow your arriving flight and prepare the meeting around its actual landing time. We send you your chauffeur's professional telephone number 24 hours before the journey. If you have difficulty finding each other, contact your chauffeur directly or Cordenne, whichever you prefer.

We collect you at your agreed Crans-Montana address and help with your luggage for the journey to the airport. Pickup includes 15 minutes of waiting from the agreed time, for both standard and premium.
Choosing your pickup time
You choose your pickup time, and we can help you plan it.
The drive from Crans-Montana to ZRH, about 300 km, takes approximately 3 hours 30 minutes in normal traffic, by the motorway past Montreux, Fribourg and Bern; it does not use the Lötschberg car train.
Rush-hour traffic or accidents can extend the journey to around 4 hours 30 minutes or more. In winter, every vehicle in the fleet we operate runs on winter tyres and is prepared for winter driving.
Allow separate time for airport procedures. Zurich Airport generally advises arriving two to three hours before departure, and its check-in page gives the time for your flight; your airline's deadlines, checked luggage and whether you fly within or outside the Schengen Area also count.

Chauffeur transfers for private flights
We arrange chauffeur transfers between Zurich Airport's General Aviation Center, where private flights are handled, and your accommodation in Crans-Montana, for both arrivals and departures.
Your flight documents may name a ground-handling company such as Jet Aviation, BHS Aviation or Cat Air Service. As the airport requires, your handler accompanies you between the aircraft and the General Aviation Center, and your chauffeur meets you at the entrance your handler names.
You, your travel agency or your personal assistant will need to provide the handling company and terminal details so we can arrange your pickup or drop-off.

Give us your hotel or chalet name and its full address, whether it is your destination or your pickup point. Let us know about any vehicle-access restrictions so we can agree a reachable place to meet or finish the drive.
Luggage, skis and child seats
Tell us how many people are travelling and what luggage and equipment you will bring, so we can review the vehicle choice with you. Skis and snowboards travel in the V-Class, Standard or VIP, and child seats can be fitted in every vehicle. Both are included when declared in advance; specify your equipment, the number of child seats and the children's ages in your request.

Explore the fleetA stop along the way
Each transfer to or from Crans-Montana includes one complimentary stop of up to 15 minutes for a toilet break, coffee or a similar need. It takes place at a service station directly on the route, with the location chosen by your chauffeur.
If you would like to pause for lunch or spend time somewhere on the way, request a separate planned stop. Your chauffeur and vehicle wait for you; this stop is chargeable and subject to written confirmation.

What if baggage is delayed or my flight changes?

If baggage reclaim is taking longer than expected, contact your chauffeur or Cordenne; the included waiting time still runs from the actual landing time. A missing or damaged bag is reported to your airline.

Zurich Airport has its own railway station. You can plan a train journey to Sierre, for example with a change at Visp, then continue by funicular or bus to Crans-Montana and complete the final leg to your accommodation. Check the complete itinerary for your date and exact address with SBB.

Each journey is priced personally rather than from a fixed public fare. The price depends on the Mercedes class and tier you choose, your passengers, luggage and equipment, and your travel date. We review your request and send you a written offer; your booking is confirmed once you have paid through the link it contains.
