Chauffeur by the hour questions

01How is this different from hiring a taxi for the day?

The car and the chauffeur are held as time at your disposal, and you direct them as the hours pass. We do not offer general on-demand coverage.

02Do I need to know my itinerary in advance?

No. A pickup point and a duration are enough. Add an area or a note if it helps, but no destination is required.

03What does the two-hour minimum mean?

Two hours is the shortest period we take for this. It is still read and confirmed by a person before payment.

04How is the cost established?

It follows the duration and the journey details. After reading your request, we confirm the vehicle, final price and conditions in writing before payment.

05Can I use the time for several stops?

Yes. The direction can change during the booked period, so several movements and waits can all sit inside the same hours.

06How is this different from a Day Trip?

A day trip has a destination chosen in advance and comes back to where it started. Hourly has neither; you decide as the time passes.

07Is my request a booking?

No. One of us reads it, then sends you the final price and conditions in writing. It becomes a booking once that is paid.
